The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies. These were delicious! I made the dough and refrigerated overnight. Then after I rolled/cut them, I put the cookie sheet with the cut cookies in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before baking (while I rolled/cut the next sheet's worth) – they held their shape much better that way. I rolled them pretty thin and reduced baking pwdr to 1 t to keep them from getting too puffy. They taste just like from a bakery! One batch made 5.5 dozen medium size cookies.
